Before I joined FMG Support, I got a degree in pharmacology. After that, I started working in a microbiology lab – first as a supervisor, then as a Business Development Manager. Then the company was sold, and – as luck would have it – I saw an ad for FMG Support.

I joined ten months ago as a Customer Services Representative. In the first week, I had two positive feedbacks from clients – I found this very rewarding, recognising the hard work I’d put in. Since then, I’ve been promoted to a Team Leader role.

It’s a huge, friendly, thriving company, with a great attitude. The people are fantastic – they’re focused, friendly and positive. They’re also massively supportive from day–to–day. You never have to ask for their support – it’s just always there.

The culture here’s all about personal development – which makes it ideal for me, as I’m very ambitious and love a challenge. I want to make the most of my career, and take advantage of all the training and opportunity on offer. With the right focus and attitude, people can go a very long way in this environment.
