Fleet Performance Improvement Services Come Together Under FMG Support
Issued November 30 2004 FMG Group, the UK’s largest independent provider of fleet management services, is uniting its three operations – AMC, Delta Rescue and Satellite Vehicle Rentals – and re-launching as FMG Support.
The unified organisation will be focused on enhancing the profitability of its clients’ businesses by optimising the performance of their fleets, through the delivery of tailored, technology-led solutions and outstanding levels of customer service.
FMG Support offers three key areas of service – Fleet Incident Management, Roadside Repair & Recovery Management and Vehicle Rental Management – which can be used independently or combined to create a bespoke and holistic service.

The completion of a £2m bespoke computer technology system has underpinned the launch of FMG Support and increased efficiency across the organisation. Called Ingenium, the new system was developed in-house to meet the ever-increasing demands of the fleet industry and give FMG Support’s customers real-time access to information about their fleet’s performance.
Through Ingenium, FMG Support is able to tailor the software to each sector’s needs, allowing customers to track activity, view images of vehicle damage, book a specific rental car and see the breakdown history of their vehicle at the touch of a button.
The launch of FMG Support is being supported by an extensive six figure marketing campaign, including brand development, advertising, direct mail and a new website which can be found at www.fmgsupport.com.
