FMG Support and Robins Claim Solutions (RCS) have formed an alliance to provide an integrated approach to accident and claims management. This partnership represents significant growth opportunities for both parties and will enhance the range of services offered to existing and new RCS customers.
The partnership will improve the efficiency of the claims process by reducing the time taken to capture third party details and repair the damaged vehicle. Cost savings will also be realised through the use of FMG Support’s dedicated repairer network.
FMG Support and RCS will provide one solution across a wide range of motor and claims services including Accident Management, Third Party Data Capture, Third Party Investigation, Employer’s Liability and Public Liability & Property Investigation.
Tony Keilty, operations director, Robins Claim Solutions said, “I am delighted to be working with FMG Support who are the UK’s largest independent fleet performance improvement company. Together we are able to provide a motor service with market leading benefits for all our customers, which through proactive third party claims handling is able to generate a reduction of up to 30% in the lifecycle of any claim.”
The key benefits of FMG Support and RCS’ integrated solution are:-
- No charge for accidental damage claims
- Guaranteed reduction in repair costs
- Instantaneous capture of third party claim details
- Advanced MI & risk management data through integrated technology
- Internet access to accident damage data and images
Ian McKenzie, group business development director, FMG Support added, “Our partnership with RCS offers exciting prospects for new and existing customers. FMG Support has a number of solutions suited to the insurance market and this alliance will allow us to develop them in line with the needs of the industry.”
“A key differentiator will be the strength of our combined technology. Through integration of RCS’s EYE Risk and our Ingenium technologies, we will be able to provide unrivalled access to management information and risk management data.”
He continues, “This information will enable customers to continuously evaluate incidents, providing the foundation for an effective risk management strategy that focuses on safety and the reduction of incidents.
