If you have been enjoying a relationship with AMC, Delta Rescue or Satellite Vehicle Rentals, don’t worry: we’ve changed our name to reflect our three businesses’ coming together to create a unified force in fleet performance improvement. You’ll enjoy your relationship with FMG Support just as much, because we’re still the same people, doing the same things, under the same ownership. As we grew dramatically, we felt it made more sense for us to bring our three divisions under one integrated umbrella: you’ll soon notice the extra benefits of the change. All your contact names and telephone numbers remain the same.

How can I access your online services and reporting?
Our customers can view their incident and rental histories using Ingenium, via a standard web browser. To log in you will need a user ID and password; if, for some reason, you don’t have one, please contact us.

What is Ingenium?
Ingenium is the highly-sophisticated computer system which we have developed to underpin our services to you, and to provide management information which we can both use to enhance the performance of your fleet. Ingenium also powers netrentacar (see below). You can access Ingenium’s services through your normal web browser; it’s not a separate product, and every FMG Support customer has access to it.
What is netrentacar?
netrentacar is a technology specifically designed for customers who deal directly with vehicle rental suppliers. It enables them to search those suppliers’ reservations systems and arrange rentals at their own agreed rates, without the need for rental supplier implants.
